Ah, When Spring Is Here, Where Will Boone Be?

I suppose I’m not the only one who was surprised and outraged by Bob Boone’s failure to accept the $833,000 offer to play with the Angels. I would think that he would have a tough time facing a stadium full of people in this country who work their butts off all year to make a fraction of Boone’s salary and pay to watch him play. Perhaps a charity can be formed to salve his wounded pride.
