The Angel organization has done it again. However, I must admit, it has been consistent in displaying its inability to properly use the talent it is fortunate to have and certainly showing its lack of respect for the same talent.
The fans, on the other hand, have duly noted and greatly appreciated the effort and contributions made by Bob Boone to the Angel team. Boonie will be sorely missed.
The chant Booone will forever echo at Anaheim Stadium, both for the catcher behind the plate and the man off the field. A class act, any way you look at it.
