The Newport Center Assn. board of directors has elected Roger L. Neu as president for 1987.
Neu, 35, is a Newport Beach tax attorney who has been on the association’s board of directors for four years. He replaces Richard Marowitz, 54, the owner of Newport Children’s Bootery, who remains on the board as a vice president.
The 325-member voluntary trade group represents property owners and tenants in the Newport Center. More than 800 businesses are in the one-square-mile area in Newport Beach.
