First Phase of Upland Homes Opens Today

The first phase of the 95-unit North Upland Estates single-family development by Lewis Homes opens today in Upland, with Mediterranean, Tudor and contemporary designs priced from $175,950 to $238,950.
Twenty of the development’s houses have been sold. Initial move-ins are scheduled for March. The houses are available in five one- and two-story plans, with 1,982 to 2,760 square feet of living area.
Standard features include wrought iron or block fencing, three-car garages, 10,000 to 21,000 square foot lots, sloping ceilings, dining rooms, fireplaces and oak cabinetry.
Five furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. near 21st Street and Stonecrest Avenue, reached from the northbound Mountain Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
