Harbor Pointe in Ontario Offers Choice of 5 Floor Plans

Harbor Pointe, U. S. Home’s new development of 84 single-family detached homes, opens today in the Ontario master-planned community of Creekside.

Decorated models of five different floor plans will be shown in either one- or two-story designs. They offer two or three bedrooms with one or 2 1/2 baths and 834 to 1,602 square feet of living area.

Prices range from $89,950 to $117,000, with each home backed by the U. S. Home’s transferable 10-year homeowner’s warranty.

Front yards include hydro-seeded lawn, shrubs and sprinklers; rear yards are fenced, and an attached two-car garage provided.

Interior amenities include ceramic-tile entries, carpeting, skylights, wood-burning fireplaces and central air conditioning.

Harbor Pointe can be reached from the Archibald exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway to Riverside Drive, then to the Creekside community at Haven Avenue. The project is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
