Clippers Meet Spurs Tonight
SAN ANTONIO —
The Clippers end a three-game trip against the San Antonio Spurs tonight. The game matches the two worst teams in the National Basketball Assn.
The Spurs (10-28) have the second-worst record in the NBA, behind the Clippers (5-33).
San Antonio TV station KMOL reported Saturday that forward Mike Mitchell had been traded to the Clippers. “That’s ridiculous,” San Antonio General Manager Bob Bass said of the report. “It’s a joke.”
