One of the four winners of last week’s $3.98-million Lotto jackpot failed for a second day to claim his or her winnings. Lottery spokesman Bob Taylor said the winner, who bought the ticket at a San Francisco Chinatown market, has 180 days to claim the prize. If no one claims the prize, the money will go to state education. The mystery winner and three others correctly picked six numbers and divided the $15.4-million jackpot. The others have already made claims on their fortunes.
