Dennis A. Brooks, 19, of Lancaster, was arrested on suspicion of burning a cross in the front yards of two black Lancaster residents. Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Jones said the victims provided descriptions leading to Brooks arrest, adding that it appeared to be an isolated incident involving a disagreement.
