A woman arrested in nationally televised drug raids last month has been arrested again and charged with delivering marijuana to undercover officers, Harris County lawmen said today.

Terry Rouse, 28, who is suing television personality Geraldo Rivera and the county sheriff for $30 million, was one of six people arrested on drug charges at a bar in Channelview, outside Houston, and indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

Rouse gained national fame when an estimated 15 million television viewers watched her being arrested and handcuffed on Rivera’s Dec. 2 live television show, “American Vice: The Doping of a Nation.”

A Texas judge later dropped for lack of evidence the charge of cocaine possession against her, and Rouse filed a lawsuit claiming she was slandered by Rivera’s suggestion during the program that she was a drug-dealing prostitute.
