Office Building Work Finished

Construction is complete on Carlsbad Pacifica, a $5.7-million, three-story office building at 5050 Avenida Eninas, Carlsbad, by Meister Development Group of Newport Beach.

The 51,000-square-foot building features a contemporary brick and glass design with terracing and landscaped balconies.

Koll Construction was the prime contractor. Coldwell Banker is handling the leasing.
