9 Reported Injured in Attack on Cambodians

ARANYAPRATHET, Thailand —
Vietnamese artillery shells crashed into a border refugee camp housing 140,000 Cambodians on Monday, seriously injuring nine of them and panicking thousands of others, the Thai military said.
