Campus officials said two intruders forced their way into the dormitory room of a woman student on the pretext of looking for “Melissa.” When she resisted, one of them struck her on the head and they fled.

A short time later, what may have been the same intruders entered the room of a sleeping female student in another dormitory, raped her and fled.
