Malibu : Sewage Study to Be Issued Late
The final environmental impact report for a proposed regional sewage system in Malibu will probably be released in late February, a month later than anticipated, said Brian Scanlon, sewer maintenance superintendent for Los Angeles County.
The report will address issues raised by Malibu residents and by state agencies, including the Department of Transportation and the Coastal Commission.
