One Westwood Building Has Topping Out Rites

British & Continental Development Corp. has topped out its $50-million One Westwood at 10990 Wilshire Blvd., the first commercial office building east of the San Diego (405) Freeway’s Wilshire/Westwood off-ramp. Completion is scheduled for September.
