General Motors increased the quarterly dividend on its class “E” shares to 13 cents a share from 10 cents. The company also boosted the quarterly payout on its class “H” shares to 18 cents from 15 cents. Dividends for both classes will be payable March 10 to shareholders of record Feb. 12.
