West Hollywood : Small-Business Study Voted
The City Council has voted to establish a 14-member task force to study the problems facing small businesses.
The Small Business Task Force will meet twice a month for six months to study the plight of businesses that have fewer than 25 employees and gross annual sales of less than $1 million. The task force will evaluate existing city programs and make recommendations on new programs to assist small businesses.
The task force will include the executive director of the West Hollywood Marketing Corp. and representatives from the West Hollywood Community Alliance, the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the county Sheriff’s Department West Hollywood station.
