Duarte : New City Manager Named

The City Council has named Jesse Duff, who has worked for the city since 1979, as the new city manager, replacing Ken Caresio, who resigned Jan. 9.
Duff, 37, joined the city as director of parks and recreation and was named assistant to the city manager in March, 1985, and deputy city manager last July.
