PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. —
Chi Chi Rodriguez shot a three-under-par 69 Friday to hold onto a one-shot lead after two rounds of the $260,000 PGA Seniors Championship.
Rodriguez, who carded a 70 in Thursday’s opening round, had an eagle and a double bogey Friday. His two-day total of five-under 139 over the 6,550-yard Champion course gives him a one-stroke lead over Dale Douglass.
Douglass birdied the last four holes on his way to a 66, the lowest round of the tournament.
