“The Late Show Starring Joan Rivers” may become the first network TV show to air condom ads, a Fox Broadcasting Co. spokesman said Wednesday. Fox is close to a decision whether to accept the commercials that have been rejected by ABC, CBS and NBC but are airing on local stations and cable networks. “It’s a very sensitive issue, religiously, morally and health-wise,” a Fox spokesman said. “You have to look at this very carefully.” “Rivers” airs on 108 stations nationwide, including KTTV Channel 11 in Los Angeles.
