The rock group Iron Maiden’s stage crew may have hit a sour note in Long Beach, where the band closed Wednesday night. Robert Crow, general manager of the Ramada Inn on Pacific Coast Highway, said the entourage left without paying a $2,000 tab for 29 rooms after staying for one of six planned nights. Crow said the problem stems from a dispute triggered when the crew showed up at the packed hotel one night early. But Iron Maiden travel agent Karen Pebley said the hotel had been notified three weeks ago of the crew’s schedule change. “The staff was extremely poor, and the accommodations were even worse,” Pebley said. Both sides planned further discussions.
