Arrest Death Triggers Riot

WOLVERHAMPTON, England —
About 75 youths went on a rampage Friday, breaking store windows and throwing bricks at police, after a man collapsed and died while police were trying to arrest him, authorities said. Six policemen were injured and 13 people were arrested on charges of violating public order.
