Sneer-rocker Billy Idol and his socialite girlfriend, Grace Hattersley, were stopped by New York police in Greenwich Village early Friday morning and Hattersley was arraigned on charges of possessing $100 worth of crack and released on her own recognizance. Robert Morgenthau. Idol was not charged.
