Sneer-rocker Billy Idol and his socialite girlfriend, Grace Hattersley, were stopped by New York police in Greenwich Village early Friday morning and Hattersley was arraigned on charges of possessing $100 worth of crack and released on her own recognizance. But it was Idol who was carrying the plastic baggie when Hattersley was arrested, police said. Hattersley--a model who lives on Manhattan’s posh upper East Side and is the daughter of a Wall Street executive--pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, said Pam Johnson, a spokeswoman for Manhattan District Atty. Robert Morgenthau. Idol was not charged.
