Dow Zooms to a New High

The stock market rose sharply to new highs today as Wall Street’s bull market came back to life.
The Dow Jones average of 30 industrials closed up 30.93 at 2,257.45.
New York Stock Exchange volume was about 198.41 million shares compared with 149.24 million shares Tuesday.
