George C. Scott is negotiating to play the title role in a forthcoming TV movie of Ernest Hemingway’s “The Old Man and The Sea.” . . . Ben Frank portrays an Indian guru who bilks his followers in the syndicated series “The Judge,” now shooting in Glendale. . . . Richard Mulligan battles Elizabeth Taylor for ownership of a bordello in the TV movie “Poker Alice,” filming in Arizona. . . . Tangerine Dream, whose several film credits include “Risky Business” and “Legend,” has been signed to score the Jill Clayburgh film “Shy People.” . . .
