A teen-ager sought in the stabbing deaths of two priests in Buffalo, N.Y., was arrested in San Diego. Theodore A. Simmons, 18, of Buffalo was taken into custody at his brother’s house. Another suspect, Milton E. Jones, 17, was arrested in Buffalo on Sunday. Both are charged with two counts of second-degree murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon. Buffalo police said robbery appeared to be the motive in the slayings of the Rev. A. Joseph Bissonette, 55, and Msgr. David P. Herlihy, 74, in the rectories of two churches.
