Culver City : Higher Limits on Contracts
The City Council gave first approval to an ordinance increasing the dollar amount of contracts that the chief administrative officer may sign without council approval.
The new ceilings would rise to $10,000 from $5,000 for professional and personal service contracts and to $20,000 from $5,000 for supply and equipment contracts.
The new amounts would become effective after a second approval from the council.
