Late-night entertainer Johnny Carson has signed a new multi-year contract to continue as host of “The Tonight Show,” NBC said Thursday. Carson, who celebrates his 25th anniversary on the show Oct. 1, thanked NBC for renewing his contract because “I have no other marketable skills in today’s job market.”
