MARCO ISLAND, Fla. — Defending champions Martina Navratilova and Andrea Temesvari were upset by Lori McNeil and Bettina Bunge, 1-6, 6-0, 6-3, Thursday in the opening round of the $400,000 Women’s Team Championship.
