Bill Bidwill, owner of the NFL St. Louis Cardinals, signed a letter of intent to have his team play in a domed stadium to be built in St. Louis County.
Bidwill’s agreement with St. Louis County Executive Gene McNary, is a blow to St. Louis Mayor Vincent Schoemehl, who favors a downtown stadium site.
