A Cheap Shot
Your headline “The Big Spill--Victims Ruffled by Raw and Odor” (March 7) is very clever, but “in essence” a cheap shot at the expense of “ruffled” victims of the mismanagement by the San Diego city manager and City Council. We look to them as administrators of “law and order,” not irresponsible ordure shoveling! Believe me, it isn’t funny to us, for years now knee-deep in mulch material on too many occasions!
