Janet James, a designer with Fleetwood Enterprises, Riverside, has been promoted to design manager for the housing group’s recently formed mid-Atlantic division, where she will direct all facets of design. She is a recipient of a Silver MIRM Award and Women of Achievement Award in 1985 from the Greater Riverside YMCA.
R. Boyce Bates has been named vice president of Richardson Nagy Martin, architecture/planning. He will be responsible for directing all phases of development, including construction documents and budgeting at the Newport Beach office. Bates had been manager of product development for the Mission Viejo Co.
