Try “Museum Without Walls,” an eight-volume series of eight art documentaries from Kartes. Included (at a bargain price of $14.95 each): “Picasso: War, Peace, Love,” “Goya,” “The Greek Temple” and “The Cubist Epoch.” Particularly outstanding is “Germany--Dada,” which is not only about Dada but is itself a dazzling Dadaist experience, made with the cooperation of Hans Richter and Richard Hauelsenbeck. There’s yet another new video way to exercise and have fun at the same time: “The Tap Tape,” featuring actress/choreographer Diane Davisson and tap master Georgie Tapps, on Increase, $29.95, (213) 474-1639. . . . Sometime in summer, fans of the legendary rock singer Jim Morrison will be able to see “The Doors: Live at the Hollywood Bowl,” a 1968 concert from MCA Home Video--which says this is the only full-length concert by the band to be filmed in color.
