Nine supporters of political extremist Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr., accused of bilking 139 New York residents out of $850,000 in fraudulent fund-raising schemes, were released from the Loudoun County, Va., jail after posting bond. The nine, who were arrested in raids Tuesday night, were ordered to appear April 16 for possible extradition to New York to face charges contained in an 18-count indictment returned by a state grand jury in Manhattan. Three other defendants were being sought.
