Airline representatives meeting in Washington agreed to shift more than 300 flights at airports in Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Newark and Dallas-Fort Worth to help ease the potential for delays. The changes, which will affect the airlines’ summer schedules, should lead to a lessening of delays attributed to the over-scheduling of flights, said a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration.
