Five Killed as Children Set Fire at Apartments

DALLAS —
Toddlers playing with matches started a fire in a city-owned housing project that killed three children and two adults, an investigator said Monday. One man died trying to get the children out of a burning second-floor apartment, Capt. Mike Southerland said.
