Santa Monica : Essay Contest Established

Santa Monica College’s social science department has established a $500 essay contest in honor of history teachers Clive, Mary and Seth Warner, who since the 1940s have contributed more than 100 years on the college faculty.
The award money will come entirely from volunteer contributions, according to David R. Shibley, chairman.
