Bosch Building Ontario Center
Ground has been broken for a $4.25-million western distribution center for Robert Bosch Corp., one of the world’s largest suppliers of fuel injection systems, in the new Ontario Interchange Business Park.
The 120,000-square-foot center is being developed as a build-to-suit project on 5.6 acres at 4641 Guasti Road by Western Realco of Newport Beach. Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier is general contractor.
Designed by Tomislav Gabric of Los Angeles, the concrete tilt-up structure will have 15,000 square feet of mezzanine office space as well as a 24-foot interior clearance in the warehouse area when completed in August. The Seeley Co. negotiated the 10-year lease transaction.
