6,000 March Against U.S. Policy in Central America

DETROIT —
An estimated 6,000 people held a peaceful march Sunday to protest U.S. intervention in Central America, police said. There were no arrests or disturbances during the downtown rally despite the presence of counterdemonstrators, police said.
