A tentative agreement reached late last week by actress Joan Collins and her estranged husband, Peter Holm, was scuttled Monday when Holm refused to consent to the pact. Attorney Frank Steinschriber said his client would not agree to any part of Friday’s tentative accord. Steinschriber said he didn’t know why his client was withholding his consent, however. He said the couple will probably be back in court this week, but Collins’ attorney, Marvin Mitchelson, said he will seek a court hearing for next week.
