Mortgage Firm Moves Offices

Directors Mortgage Loan Corp. has completed its move to a new 70,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Riverside’s 32-acre Park Atlanta business park. The firm relocated from Mission Financial Center in downtown Riverside.

Directors Mortgage, the largest FHA/VA lender in California, signed an $8.8-million lease on the building, a build-to-suit project of the Magnon Cos., the park developers. The Riverside office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
