Five Buildings Planned in Baldwin Park Center

Five new buildings totaling 231,000 square feet, with an estimated value of $9.5 million will be built as Phase 4 of Baldwin Commerce Center, a 45-acre commercial and industrial development in Baldwin Park. When completed, the center will total about 800,000 square feet.
