Hutton Development Co. Buys Irvine Medical Center

Santa Ana-based Hutton Development Co. Inc. has purchased the 46,700-square-foot Woodbridge Medical Center at 4950 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, for $8.3 million. The Santa Ana office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.
