This is a pleasant, hourlong exercise kidvid, most notable for its guest stars: Scott Baio hosts, children’s song artists Greg & Steve perform and the Temptations sing the title song. Mom-type Julie Weissman leads a group of preschoolers in dance and exercise games such as Animal Action, Beanbag Boogie and Tummy Tango. Baio does quick intros and pops up with encouraging words.
