ORANGE COUNTY
David R. Brown has been promoted to senior vice-president and chief financial officer of Tustin-based Eldorado Bank. Brown previously had been vice-president and controller since January, 1986.
Brown will oversee the finance, data processing, personnel and cashier departments of the Eldorado Bank, the principal subsidiary of Eldorado Bancorp. The bank has six offices in Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
