11 at Gun Show Issued Citations
A total of 11 citations were issued to gun dealers at the three-day Great Western Gun Show held at the Los Angeles County Fairplex, Pomona police said.
Undercover officers cited one dealer for not having proper identification, police said, while 10 others were cited for violating state gun laws by not honoring the prescribed 15-day waiting period between sale and delivery. Names were not released.
Police said violators of such laws are usually fined, but can be sentenced to up to a year in jail.
