Fullerton Seeks Fund-Raiser help
The City of Fullerton is looking for nonprofit community groups to help sell tickets for a drawing to benefit the city’s centennial celebration.
Participating groups will receive a portion of all proceeds from ticket sales by their members. Funds raised through the drawing will be used to finance restoration of the murals in the old City Hall, which is now the Fullerton Police Department.
Prizes to be awarded are a 1987 Acura Integra and a two-week cruise for two through the Panama Canal. Tickets are $2, or $10 for a book of six. For information, call the city Redevelopment Agency at (714) 738-6877.
