Huntington National Bank Reports Rise in Net Income
Huntington National Bank reported a first-quarter net income of $105,000, a 28% increase from the $82,000 it earned in the first quarter last year. Total quarterly revenues rose 34.2% to $161,000 from $120,000 in last year’s first quarter.
At the end of the quarter, the Huntington Beach bank had $59.2 million in assets, a 6.7% increase from the previous year’s $55.5 million in assets.
Total deposits at the end of the quarter grew 7.5% to $54.2 million from $50.4 million a year earlier, while total loans rose 3.3% to $40.4 million from $39.1 million.
