The State : Officer Accused of Aiding Call Girl Ring
A police sergeant used the Sacramento Police Department computer to check the backgrounds of six women who wanted to work for a call girl ring run by his girlfriend, according to documents filed in Municipal Court. The allegation about Sgt. Jack Fitchett was in legal papers filed in connection with a court motion in the case of his ex-girlfriend, Susan Rae Gorniak. Fitchett, 45, a vice officer, was fired for misconduct in March. Gorniak has pleaded not guilty to charges of pimping and pandering.
