The nude body of a 17-year-old runaway who had been stabbed to death was dumped in the front yard of a Monrovia residence on Hidden Valley Road, authorities said. The body of Tina K. Frazier was discovered about 7:30 a.m., Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Ford said. She had run away from her Monrovia home “some time” ago, Sgt. Ron Bailey said. The residence where the body was found was not her parents’ home. The girl had been stabbed many times. Police said they had not determined a motive for the crime.
