Tropical Depression Still Stalled; Storm Not Likely

MIAMI —
The year’s first tropical depression remained stalled Wednesday in the Atlantic 650 miles east of Palm Beach. Forecasters said the weather system showed little potential for intensifying into a tropical storm.
